This hybrid class is a combination of a Ride on the bikes and a boxing sesh on the bags... Hence ROX (Ride + Box)!  You will have a serious 25 minute cardio attack on the bike and 25 minutes of boxing drills to strengthen your upper body and push your cardio limits even further.  This is a great option for all fitness levels who need to get the entire job done inside of 50 minutes.
