This class will kick off with a warm up and mobility to prep the body for the hard work to come.   This circuits class is based on High Intensity Interval training, which is bursts of high intensity work with short rests in between.  This class will work to boost the metabolism and develop lean muscle, which burns loads of calories and reduce body fat levels.
